Quality Control Analyst

Kforce is seeking a Quality Control Analyst in Wilmington, DE. This role involves ensuring marketing creative copy materials meet high standards for accuracy, clarity, and compliance. The analyst will conduct thorough quality assurance testing of marketing creative materials from Card and Connected Commerce business partners, delivering reliable results and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, internal guidelines, and business processes.

Must Have

• 3+ years of professional experience in quality reviews of marketing materials, business controls, regulatory compliance, risk, audit, or similar analytical tasks
• Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities with sharp attention to detail
• Proficient organizational and time management skills
• Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
• Proactive in identifying actionable tasks and maintaining focus to reach successful completion
• Highly effective verbal and written communication skills across business areas and levels
• Demonstrated ability to execute responsibilities independently by leveraging available resources
• Applying sound judgment to escalate matters when appropriate

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience involving quality reviews of marketing materials, business controls, regulatory compliance, risk, audit, or work reviewing similar materials and analytically focused tasks
• Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities with sharp attention to detail
• Proficient organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
• Proactive at identifying actionable tasks and maintaining focus to reach successful completion
